Site Supervisor – Civil Remediation Projects
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Site Supervisor to take the lead on specialised civil remediation projects across Melbourne. If you're hands-on, safety-focused, and have a background in concrete repair, crack injection, water stopping, and protective coatings — we want to hear from you.
You’ll be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of remediation works. Projects range from industrial and commercial to civil infrastructure across metro and regional Victoria.

You’ll be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of remediation works. Projects range from industrial and commercial to civil infrastructure across metro and regional Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily site operations
- Supervise works such as concrete repair, injection systems, waterproofing, and coatings
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings and project scopes
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors
- Conduct toolbox meetings, inductions, and risk assessments
- Track site progress and materials, and report to the Project Manager
- Experience as a Site Supervisor in civil remediation or similar works
- Practical knowledge of concrete repair, crack injection, waterproofing, and protective coatings
- White Card and valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively
- EWP, confined space, or working at heights tickets (advantageous)
- $140,000 – $150,000 salary (based on experience)
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
- Superannuation
