Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled SSIS and SQL Engineer to join our data team. This role is focused on building and maintaining robust ETL pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and supporting enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS, and a strong understanding of data integration and transformation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using SSIS to support data integration and warehousing needs.
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to gather data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain data workflows to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality.
  • Document data processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of data engineering practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
  • Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
