About The Role
As an Implementation Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of client projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and exceed expectations. You’ll be the link between our sales, product, and customer success teams, playing a critical role in onboarding new clients and setting them up for success.

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of client projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and exceed expectations. You’ll be the link between our sales, product, and customer success teams, playing a critical role in onboarding new clients and setting them up for success.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementation projects for clients across Australia and internationally.
- Lead projects from contract signing through to successful go-live, handing off to Customer Success and Account Management teams.
- Coordinate scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring smooth execution.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and status updates.
- Support clients during project delivery, providing clear communication and issue resolution.
- Continuously improve implementation processes, documentation, and methodologies.
- Gain a strong understanding of our platforms and serve as a trusted advisor to clients during onboarding.
- 2-4 years of experience in project management or implementation roles.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms or technology projects (procurement tech a bonus!).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- A detail-oriented, process-driven mindset.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, project management software, or CRM systems.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of procurement or supply chain processes.
- Exposure to change management methodologies.
