Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work across our Shepparton and Benalla clinics. This role is a full-time position with working Monday to Friday shifts between 8am - 5:30pm.

What will you be doing?

• Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
  
  • Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound)
  • Providing excellent customer service and patient care
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers

Our Ideal Candidate

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  
  • Customer service Experience
  • Experience in reception and administration is preferred, however not essential as comprehensive training is provided
  . Flexible working autonomously and in a team environment
  
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
