The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to support the Principal. This pivotal role requires discretion, initiative, and exceptional organisation skills to manage the Principal’s busy schedule and communications. You will be at the centre of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with College leaders, staff, parents, Board members, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support to the Principal
  • Manage complex calendars, communications, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and formal communications
  • Support College Board and Leadership meeting administration
  • Build strong working relationships across the College and broader community
About You
You are a polished, proactive professional with:
  • Extensive EA/PA experience at executive level
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a commitment to continual learning
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach in a high-paced environment
  • Current Working With Children's Check
