In your role as Finance Business Partner you will provide financial insights and strategic advice to all entities within MMS
The role will focus on delivering in depth performance reporting & analysis, forecasting and budgeting by collaborating with our business leaders (CEO, CFO and Project leads) to improve overall operating expense, project and overall performance
The Role:
Business Partnering:
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to optimise costs and productivity.
- Provide strategic financial advice to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Track financial performance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare and analyse performance reports across business units, identifying trends and projections.
- Develop financial models to support decision-making and maintain accounting system integrity.
- Manage Group IT Capex/Opex reporting, ensuring alignment with business cases.
- Lead budget, forecasting, and planning processes for corporate functions.
- Streamline and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Mentor and develop your direct report through coaching and feedback.
- Foster a motivated and engaged workplace culture.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage, influence, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Curious mindset—proactively question and investigate to ensure accurate outcomes.
- Expertise in optimising systems for efficient reporting and financial analysis.
- Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with stakeholder management experience.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute positively to a team environment.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or a similar corporate environment.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with systems-based financial processes.
- Experience in finance or IT industries is a plus
- Degree qualified ACA / CPA
