Are you an experienced Electrician with a passion for our Brewing department and a knack for developing solutions? Join us as a Brewing Technician at our Yatala Brewery, where you’ll be an essential resource in enhancing the reliability and performance of our Brewing department.
Please note, this position requires availability for a 24/5 rotating day, afternoon, and night shift roster.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical expert for all electrical and instrumentation systems within our brewing department
- Drive initiatives to increase equipment availability and reliability
- Create and improve training programs for technicians and operators, with a focus on coaching and mentoring for long-term skills development
- Design and refine maintenance plans, including SOPs and Work Instructions, to ensure efficiency and compliance
You are a motivated and driven individual with a strong willingness to learn and excel in a dynamic environment. You also bring:
- Trade qualifications in Electrical Maintenance
- Proven experience within brewing or FMCG
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in CMMS software with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to document training materials and effectively coach others
- Understanding of manufacturing strategies, safety protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, proactive attitude
