This role focuses on delivering and improving energy data management processes, including historical consumption data, e-invoice collection, data analysis, and reconciliation with internal and external stakeholders. You will also support financial data checks and ensure data integrity across systems
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and communicate energy spend reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure data completeness and integrity in our systems; assist with manual and automated entry of customer utility data as needed.
  • Perform data management tasks related to utility accounts.
  • Identify and resolve data and invoice-related queries with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare internal quality check reports and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.

Key Requirement:
  • A degree in an analytical or numerically focused field is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical ability are essential. Analytical work experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy.
