One of South Australia's premier Wills, Estates & Trusts law firms has a vacancy for an experienced Wills & Estates solicitor for immediate commencement. If you want to work at the highest level on challenging matters in a collegiate environment, please apply.
Our client has a century of accumulated expertise and precedent to share with you. A senior secretary is available for dedicated support. Every week, the solicitors sit down together and pool their knowledge and their experience to mentor and to assist each other; because one of their senior solicitors is entering a well-earned retirement, they have room for one more.
The role will encompass simple non-litigious estate planning and estate administration, complex succession planning and probate matters, and all manner of estate and trust litigation. All the practitioners develop a well-rounded and deep knowledge of all areas of this fascinating and centuries-old jurisdiction. Their clients range from the average to the extraordinary.
It is a full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm role. Some regular work from home is possible. Remuneration will be competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
