Sales Associate

About the opportunity:
The Sales Associate is part of the Wilson Homes New Homes Sales team. The key focus of this role is to work alongside the Building & Design Consultant to qualify and generate leads to achieve the displays sales targets. The Sales Associate is typically the first point of contact and is responsible for managing appointments, engaging and qualifying clients. More specifically, you will:
- Welcome visitors to the fully furnished display home
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display home
- Qualify customers and provide exceptional customer service including answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions
- Supporting the Building and Design Sales Consultant to ensure business objectives are achieved
- Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard and within required timeframes
- Support customers through the new home sales process
About you:

- A passion for home design and living spaces
- A commitment to customer service excellence

- Strong systems skills and the planning and organising skills to keep on top of all documentation and communications with key stakeholders
- Our customers visit display homes mainly over the weekend so you must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (including Thursday, Friday & Monday) + public holidays
