What’s the opportunity?
As a Client Services Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients and network. You will ensure the seamless coordination and administration of training programs while delivering outstanding service at every touchpoint.

What will you do?

    Manage all aspects of training coordination, ensuring accurate and timely processing of information.

    Provide ongoing participant support, from pre-assignment preparation to post-training follow-up.

    Maintain and support the Knowledge Hub, including managing surveys and administering questionnaires.

    Serve as a key contact for clients and the network, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of workshops while providing exceptional client service
What experience do I need?

    At least two years of coordination experience in a professional services training company.

    Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM platform.

    Experience using online learning tools such as Moodle.

    A proven track record of providing excellent customer service to corporate clients
