The Opportunity


We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in getting things done efficiently and accurately.

The Role


This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where you will be responsible for keeping things running smoothly across different teams. You will be a key part of our office administration function, ensuring customer requests, orders, and internal processes are handled efficiently.


Your key responsibilities will include:

Handling customer emails with a friendly and helpful approach.

Preparing quotes and processing orders accurately.

Coordinating with suppliers, including expediting orders.

Supporting the sales and technical teams with administrative tasks.

Liaising with operations and finance teams to keep everything aligned.

Keeping records up to date in our business systems.

About You


You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team. You like having clear processes to follow and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You are comfortable working with systems and technology, and you get satisfaction from helping teammates and customers.


We’re looking for someone who:

Has 5+ years of experience in a similar office administration, customer service, or sales support role.

Is comfortable working with business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, email, data entry).

Works well in a team and values being part of a supportive environment.

Has a positive, helpful attitude and enjoys interacting with people.

Is reliable, takes ownership of their work, and always follows through on tasks.
