Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to
- Implement specific local competitive and aggressive sales/ income campaigns and initiatives. & sell and promote tailored NAB products and services within risk assessed parameters
- Utilise your strong BDM skills to proactively identify new business and referral opportunities & establish, develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts to aid achievement of income targets.
- Prepare and submit for approval business lending proposals outside own authorities with full justification for recommendations, including obtaining and analysing industry and business information.
- Be a local community advocate and representative of NAB to ensure a tailored approach with a good exposure to home and personal lending portfolios.
- Travel to where your clients are and provide personal service, managing existing and new relationships to grow the local economy and NAB footprint.
- Strong understanding of the local communities and lending process
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Strong BDM skills and ability to cross/upsell existing products to NAB customers
- High attention to detail
- Resilience and adaptability to manage clients with varying levels of financial circumstances
- Willingness to learn and develop
