Role Profile:
Our Sydney studio is looking to add a Global Marketing Coordinator to our Marketing team to continually support our global brand presence and content initiatives. As the Global Marketing Coordinator within the team, you will play a vital role in executing marketing campaigns, assisting with content creation, and maintaining our digital platforms. You will be a key contributor to the global reach and success of our marketing efforts and will have support from the wider marketing and creative teams in achieving these goals.

Role Profile:
Our Sydney studio is looking to add a Global Marketing Coordinator to our Marketing team to continually support our global brand presence and content initiatives. As the Global Marketing Coordinator within the team, you will play a vital role in executing marketing campaigns, assisting with content creation, and maintaining our digital platforms. You will be a key contributor to the global reach and success of our marketing efforts and will have support from the wider marketing and creative teams in achieving these goals.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Social Media Management: Assist in developing and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and audience engagement.
- Content Creation & Writing Support: Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including website copy, blog posts, email newsletters, and presentations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Website Knowledge & Updates: Support the maintenance and updating of the Unispace website, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and an optimal user experience.
- Email Marketing Coordination: Assist in the development, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
- HubSpot Administration: Utilize HubSpot CRM for marketing automation tasks, contact management, campaign tracking, and reporting.
- Creative Team Briefing: Prepare clear and concise briefs for the creative team to ensure efficient and effective development of marketing assets.
- Market Research & Analysis: Support the marketing team with research into industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, design, and regional marketing teams, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong personality and work ethic, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Demonstrable experience with social media management for a professional brand.
- Proven content creation and writing skills, with attention to detail and strong grammar.
- Website basic knowledge, including content management systems (CMS) experience.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and best practices.
- A keen interest in the commercial real estate or design sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
