Beef Producers Australia is one of Australia’s largest domestic Meat Distribution Companies and part of the NH Foods Australia Group. We operate our domestic sales team and dispatch out of our coldstore in Strathfield South.
NH Foods Group has a large Australian base with global reach, we are leading the way with the production of our premium and iconic beef brands. We operate our head office in North Sydney, along with three beef processing facilities, positioned in prime cattle regions on the east coast of Australia. We also own and operate Whyalla Beef, one of Australia’s largest, state-of-the-art feedlots located in Southern Queensland.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic experienced Warehouse Storeperson to support our fast-paced distribution center in Strathfield South. Alongside the warehouse team you will be responsible for general warehouse responsibilities such as picking, packing and receiving/dispatch of goods to the warehouse and a sound understanding of WHS guidelines.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic experienced Warehouse Storeperson to support our fast-paced distribution center in Strathfield South. Alongside the warehouse team you will be responsible for general warehouse responsibilities such as picking, packing and receiving/dispatch of goods to the warehouse and a sound understanding of WHS guidelines.
What skill are we looking for?
- Accurately pick and pack orders ready for transport
- Dispatch goods safely to meet orders, timeframe and quality requirements as per NH Foods standards
- Maintain an awareness of and report any potential Health and Safety issues/ hazard
- Housekeeping and maintenance of warehouse area
- Adhere to warehouse and inventory company procedures
- Proficiently use computer software and scanners to locate stock orders, check purchase orders, track back orders
- Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries
- Adequate levels of physical and mental fitness to carryout manual handling task as required. This role requires regular lifting of up to 27kg.
- MUST HAVE a valid LF/LO Forklift Licence
- A strong understanding and adherence to workplace health and safety
- Possess good interpersonal skills with the drive and capacity to communicate positively with your team
- Demonstrate high attention to detail
- Basic computer skills – competent with Work, Excel, Outlook
- Pallet control experience would be advantageous
- Meat/ Beef industry experiences helpful but not essential – We will train you!
- The required working hours are from 4:00am – 12:00pm Monday to Friday, it’s early but no weekends.
