The Manager,Sales plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships at Ping Identity. This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in alignment with the company's business objectives.

The Manager,Sales plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships at Ping Identity. This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in alignment with the company's business objectives.
You Will:
- Lead & Manage Sales Team: Guide and mentor a high-performing team to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
- Develop Sales Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
- Drive Sales Performance: Ensure the team meets or exceeds targets through effective pipeline, opportunity, and deal management.
- Foster Key Relationships: Build strong connections with customers, partners, and influencers to drive growth.
- Identify New Opportunities: Discover and strategize market penetration and customer base expansion.
- Provide Sales Insights: Deliver accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success for aligned efforts.
- Coach & Develop Team: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to enhance sales skills and performance.
- 8+ years of sales experience, with 3-5 years in a sales management or leadership role, preferably in software/technology (IAM/cybersecurity).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to motivate teams and build customer relationships.
- Solid understanding of sales principles, methodologies, and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven sales decisions.
- Experience with cloud/subscription models, consultative selling, and strategic partnerships.
