What You’ll Do

In this role, your expertise in front-end development using ReactJS and solid experience in AWS cloud services, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipeline implementation is invaluable. You’ll be required to strike a balance between development and cloud infrastructure management to ensure seamless deployment and performance optimization.

This role requires baseline cleared Australian citizens with high preference to those holding an active NV1 clearance. Resource should also be amenable to work on rotational on-call support.

Key Responsibilities

Front-end Development (ReactJS)


  • Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using ReactJS.
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
  • Implement TypeScript for scalable and maintainable codebases.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to improve UI/UX.
  • Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed.
  • Conduct unit testing using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar frameworks.


  • AWS Cloud & DevOps


  • Deploy, configure, and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
  • Monitor cloud environments, optimize performance, and ensure security compliance.
  • Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Handle containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes, AWS ECS, or OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
  • Implement and manage CI/CD workflows using Jenkins.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability and scalability.


  • Here’s What You Need


  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in React JS development
  • Front-end: Strong experience in ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and modern UI frameworks
  • AWS Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
  • Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
  • Testing & Accessibility: Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and accessibility compliance (WCAG, ARIA)
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS, or OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
  • Security & Monitoring: Understanding of AWS security best practices and monitoring tools
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and effective communication skills


  • Security Clearance Requirement Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or are eligible for obtaining security clearance. This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.

    On-call and Shift Expectations This position is primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction
