Our federal government client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to provide support to the Senior BA but also to keep the current SharePoint application up to date.

As a Business Analyst, You Will Be Required To

• Provide BAU support for websites and content platforms
• Support the Senior BA and also to keep the Current MSharePoint application up to date.
• Provide BA support to ensure that the analysis on business requirements is completed to ensure they do not delay the actual build.
  
  

The Successful Candidate Must Have

• Experience in BAU support for websites and content platforms
• Understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and content migration principles
• Experience with CMS administration, publishing workflows, and user access controls
• Familiarity with user feedback collection and translating in into site or content improvements
• Ability to liaise with IT and business to manage backlog and conduct user training
• Demonstrated capability in supporting weekly newsletters, reports, and basic web updates
• Experience working in agile environments and with CMS platforms
