About The Role
Based at our Eagle Farm Head Office you will play a key support role within the finance team, contributing to both financial and project accounting functions.
You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, supporting the maintenance of the general ledger and associated sub-ledgers.
In addition, you will provide support for accounts payable activities as required.
Working both independently and collaboratively, you will help drive consistent, high-quality financial practices while contributing to a safe, productive, and inclusive workplace.
You will be supported in your desire to learn and grow and your readiness to undertake additional duties aligned with your skills and experience, as directed by the CFO and Financial Controller.

About You

- A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business;
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and cost control principles;
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, with advanced Excel skills;
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex financial data;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial risks;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
