C4i Solutions is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced System Administrators to join our growing team supporting Defence and Government clients. You will play a key role in the administration, configuration, and maintenance of secure ICT environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance across systems.

About The Role
C4i Solutions is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced System Administrators to join our growing team supporting Defence and Government clients. You will play a key role in the administration, configuration, and maintenance of secure ICT environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance across systems.
- Perform system administration across Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups through Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Conduct software and patch deployments, system backups, and recovery planning.
- Monitor and maintain hardware, servers, and virtualised environments (e.g. VMware).
- Support incident response and troubleshooting within classified and secure networks.
- Maintain documentation including SOPs, system configurations, and change logs.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes, including provisioning access and equipment.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients as required.
- Relevant qualifications in IT or Systems Administration (Cert IV, Diploma or higher).
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a System Administrator or similar technical support role.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and server admin.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and system automation.
- Experience working in secure or classified environments (Defence experience highly regarded).
- Knowledge of ISM/ACSC compliance, patching, and hardening practices preferred.
- Active or Reinstatable NV1 security clearance.
