As Space Leader, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the community of the workspace, organising community events, welcoming new members, assisting with site set up, ensuring smooth daily operations and that the space is always looking at its best.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Workspace Management:
- Manage the Newcastle WOTSO space
- Problem-solve workspace issues
- Ensure the workspace is presented to a high standard
- Be on top of general upkeep of the workspace, including maintenance and repairs
- Contribute creatively to the layout and décor of the space
- Build member relations and manage retention of members
- Daily set up and pack down
- Respond to sales leads and conduct tours for potential members
- Engage with the community and develop member relations
- Plan WOTSO community events, such as weekly drinks and monthly member breakfasts
- Create member communications
- Previous experience in customer service, such as retail or hospitality management
- Professional and positive demeanour
- Comfortable working independently and self-motivated
- Effective communicator who enjoys engaging with others
- Hands-on approach to tasks
- Thrive in a community-focused modern office environment
- Experience job variety; no two days are the same!
