What’s the role?
- Capture exceptional photography and video content across listings, brand campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to craft story-driven, high-conversion visuals that showcase the unique edge of every Henderson property.
- Visit properties pre-build, mid-renovation, and post-completion to document every critical stage.
- Lead the full post-production workflow, including editing, retouching, and graphic integration — all aligned to our luxury branding standards.
- Build and manage a clean digital asset library, ensuring everything is filed and ready for deployment at speed.
- A proven creative with experience in property content or a fast-paced visual media environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) and DaVinci Resolve Studio.
- Exceptional eye for detail and a relentless drive for quality.
- Strong project ownership and time management. You get it done, no excuses.
- Comfortable working solo or as part of a powerhouse team.
- Willing to travel between Newcastle/Hunter and Greater Sydney.
- You ideally own your own high-end gear: mirrorless cameras, lenses, flash, tripod, editing rig, etc.
