Job Description
The position has a significant impact on sales revenue and market share of CooperVision products for the region.
Primary focus includes the responsibility for strategic planning, forecasting, product messaging and branding for all current and future products and services within the Core CooperVision portfolio (including CooperVision House Brands) aligned to the LRSP (Long-Range Strategic Plan) and annual ANZ Commercial plan. Building a deep knowledge of industry, category and channel dynamics, customer strategies and competitor programs to provide insights that inform the development of CooperVision ANZ product marketing strategies and category growth programs. Manage the product line and achieves objectives under guidance from the Head of Marketing, ANZ

- Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated experience across product launch, forecasting, category growth and portfolio management to drive business results and customer engagement.
- Strong project management and organisation skills.
- Hands-on go-getter, willing to roll up his/her sleeves and personally act to drive success.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills. Prior experience developing and presenting trade presentations and account planning tools and templates.
- Demonstrated excellence in the application and execution of B2B and B2C marketing and the ability to apply this to the eye care industry.
- Excellent applied qualitative and quantitative analytic skills.
- Experience in managing advertising, promotion, and other marketing vendors.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation and sales enablement platforms such as SFDC and Showpad.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
