What’s the role?
This is a full time, permanent position based in the Gold Coast Tech Hub
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be managing and leading the delivery of projects and be accountable for all required deliverables. You will be consistently partnering with other areas of the business, and a key role of this position is to bring teams together to ensure the most efficient delivery of project outcomes possible.
Your key responsibilities will include:
We’re seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over 7 years of experience delivering complex projects exceeding $3M, ideally within the Banking and Finance technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with proven expertise in systems integration and technical solutioning. Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to planning and risk management are essential.
This role requires strong senior stakeholder engagement across both Business and IT, with previous experience managing combined Business-IT initiatives highly desirable. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for driving successful outcomes in dynamic environments, we’d love to hear from you.

What’s the role?

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be managing and leading the delivery of projects and be accountable for all required deliverables. You will be consistently partnering with other areas of the business, and a key role of this position is to bring teams together to ensure the most efficient delivery of project outcomes possible.

- Support your project team through end-to-end delivery including any necessary escalation and facilitate agile ceremonies.
- Manage delivery governance and project health including proactive RAID management and reporting of critical items early to Senior Management.
- Actively support various technology provider teams to enable efficient plan execution.
- Support reporting and engagement with oversight and audit/ assurance functions.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of Risk Management and Change Management activities to support the implementation.
