About This Role
Our Lord Street clinic in Port Macquarie is currently seeking a Contact Centre Agent to join the supportive and collaborative team.
This role is a permanent full time position working Monday - Friday, with eight hour shifts rostered between 8am - 5pm.
Role Overview:
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
A background in customer service.
Strong organisational abilities to book appointments and manage call flow.
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
Prior experience in healthcare or a contact centre is beneficial, but not essential, as you will receive supportive training to learn our systems and build a foundation of radiology knowledge.

- Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.
