The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the boutique

• Support boutique management
• Striving to achieving KPI’s and store sales targets
• Make sure the highest level of customer service is being upheld at all times
• Daily security stock counts
• Undertake daily routine as directed
• Stock maintenance and cleaning
• Daily merchandising; set up, stock rotation, new display concepts
• Attend regular training
• Continuously develop own knowledge base

Skills and Experience

The person in this role would need to have the following skills and experience

• Demonstrated retail experience (luxury industry beneficial)
• Highly developed and proven customer service skills
• Genuine passion for the Longines brand
• Computer literacy skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Team player
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm
• Impeccable grooming and presentation
