- Engage with Healthcare Professionals (Geriatricians, Neurologists, GPs) to recommend and educate on the use of Souvenaid, the Souvenaid Connections (SC) Program and our other nutritional products through all relevant field force channels, both face-to-face and digital and in line with strategic priorities.
- Understand and present key clinical paper findings on Souvenaid and other products to key opinion leaders
- Build the credibility of Souvenaid and other products in accordance with Danone policies and ANZ regulations.
- Establish strong scientific based partnerships with HCPs to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Implement and monitor business strategies to enable HCPs recommendation of Souvenaid and other nutritional products.
- Use local data and market trends to plan your territory strategy. Turn national goals into local actions, review progress every quarter, create business plans for targeted customers, track and report results, manage Souvenaid samples, and travel across WA and SA to support healthcare professionals and patients
- Implement and achieve agreed sales targets within the territory to exceed the category’s business objectives.
- Support patients, carers and HCPs in the referral process by establishing Souvenaid as a treatment for dementia and facilitating registration into SC and purchase of Souvenaid.
- Work cross-functionally to manage end-to-end logistics, where needed, for educational events and trade sponsorship

VOUS
You are a self-motivated Sales Representative/ Product Specialist with experience working alongside GPs and Specialists. You thrive in an autonomous role within a national team, enjoy sales, and are driven by achieving results. You excel at handling ambiguity and overcoming barriers Ideally, you will have:- 2+ years of experience in medical sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- High level of professionalism, confidence and proficiency in persuasive influencing and networking with Specialist HCPs.
- Commercial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated business planning, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Competent IT skills (Microsoft office packages).
