- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale construction projects.
- Monitor financial performance and timelines, ensuring key targets are achieved.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Stability with previous employers
- Previous experience with a well-known commercial builder.
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in a Site Manager role within commercial construction overseeing projects valued $30m+.
