About the Role:
An established and growing custom shopfitting company in Chatswood is seeking an experienced Production, Project & Site Manager to lead the delivery of bespoke commercial and retail fit-out projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong Microvellum experience and a background in cabinet making, joinery or shopfitting.
You will be responsible for managing the production process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing site installation to ensure smooth delivery from workshop to handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee workshop production, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Use Microvellum for drawing review, production planning, and documentation
- Coordinate project timelines, materials, and labour scheduling
- Supervise site installation teams and ensure on-site quality and safety standards
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Proven experience with Microvellum software in a production/joinery setting
- Background in cabinet making
- Strong understanding of end-to-end project delivery
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- White Card and driver’s licence essential
