We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Analytics Consultant to join our dynamic Digital & Customer Experience (CX) team within the Marketing & Growth business unit. In this role, you will help build a Centre of Excellence (COE) for analytics and reporting for the Employer channel. You will support and be accountable for the delivery of real-time, quality reporting and analytics output that will enable the business to make informed decisions.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Reporting & Analytics for the Employer channel.
- Assist in establishing a Centre of Excellence (COE) for the Reporting & Analytics team.
- Identify and deliver opportunities for improvement in technical approach and team culture.
- Mentor stakeholders to enhance their data skills for better self-service and proactive issue resolution.
- Audit and automate existing reporting capabilities, retiring outdated assets.
- Enhance reporting to provide daily updates on Employer channel KPIs.
- Improve the usability of Employer dashboard and reporting assets.
- Maintain a prioritised backlog of initiatives to improve Reporting & Analytics.
- Collaborate with the Data Governance Office on data and dashboard requirements.
- Develop automated dashboards and data visualisation tools using GA4 and Power BI.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced technical, analytical, planning, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for data extraction and manipulation.
- Proven experience in automating reporting and creating actionable alerts.
- Essential Power BI skills
- Experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio).
- Familiarity with test and measurement techniques (A/B testing, Multivariate testing).
- Strong initiative, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are highly regarded.
- Prior experience in superannuation, finance, or e-commerce is an advantage.
