About The Role

You’ll work independently and as part of a supportive team, delivering tailored care aligned with each client’s personal support plan.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • Full, unrestricted driver’s licence – a must
  • Personal qualities like empathy, patience, and resilience
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills – think emails, reports, and documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Qualifications in related fields are desirable
  • First Aid/CPR, Medication, and Healthy Bodies training – great if you have them already, but if not...we’ll help you get there!
