Are you ready to step up into a Site Supervisor role with one of the industry’s most respected and award winning builders?

My client is looking for a motivated Junior Site Supervisor with a Carpentry background and a Certificate IV in Building & Construction who’s passionate about delivering quality homes and building a career in site management.

This is an incredible opportunity to be mentored by a highly experienced Construction Manager and supported by a dedicated Training & Development Manager who will guide you through structured training and site development programs.

About the Role

You’ll be overseeing residential projects learning how to manage the end to end site process meeting build timelines and ensuring quality control.

You’ll be based on site with support from a wider construction team and receive ongoing training to help you grow confidently into a fully independent Supervisor role.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with managing day to day on site operations
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Ensure WHS compliance and report on-site progress
Communicate clearly with clients throughout the build process
Support senior site staff with documentation and reporting

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

Trade background (Carpentry)
Certificate IV in Building & Construction (completed or nearing completion)
Previous experience working in residential construction
Strong communication skills, including dealing with clients on-site
A proactive, organised and team-oriented mindset
Good tenure in previous roles — we’re looking for commitment and reliability
