12 month secondment
Based in Smithfield at our manufacturing plant, the Warehouse Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Warehouse & Distribution Team.
This includes providing daily SAP generated reports, generating stock transfers, processing and managing inventory transactions, managing the sea and air export process and generating Shipping Lists for goods to be sent to Givaudan customers. The use of SAP to receipt inbound and record stock movement is an integral part of this role.

This includes providing daily SAP generated reports, generating stock transfers, processing and managing inventory transactions, managing the sea and air export process and generating Shipping Lists for goods to be sent to Givaudan customers. The use of SAP to receipt inbound and record stock movement is an integral part of this role.
The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Generating a number of reports in SAP including Shipping Files.
- Raising purchase orders and receipt stock & samples into SAP.
- Following up and resolving any inventory issues.
- Physically checking stock to be transferred to 3PL and generate excel upload and complete stock movement transaction in SAP.
- Compile customer delivery paperwork, process PGI SAP transitions and filing for auditing purposes.
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
- Receipt Stock into SAP.
- Process documentation to organise transport collections / deliveries taking into account Chain of Responsibility
- Processing pallet enquiries and requests for Production use (CHEP/Loscam and plain).
- Prepare Country and Customer specific export certificates
- Previous experience with Logistics administration using SAP
- Superior Administrative Skills including Time Management
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Microsoft Excel - Intermediate Level
- Understanding of Export process (including documentation, paperwork required)
- Understanding of Supply Chain - Chain of Responsibility
- Dangerous Goods Management Certfication (IATA/IMDG Air and Sea) will be highly regarded
- Regular hours will be 08:30 - 16:30 however we ask for a flexible candidate that will be available to help cover other shifts from time to time, as the Warehouse operates from 4am - 8pm.
- This is an essential service and the work is required to be done onsite, therefore a regular work from home arrangement will not be provided for this opportunity.
