Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Fiserv Signature Platform Support Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing expert-level support for the Fiserv Signature platform across multiple modules. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to issue resolution, and a deep understanding of core banking functionalities and processes.

This is Managed services engagement and requires on-call support for high priority incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Fiserv Signature platform modules
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and the customer to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to the Signature platform
  • Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance, ensuring system stability and minimizing downtime.
  • Analyse and resolve escalated incidents, working to restore service in accordance with SLAs and business priorities.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare detailed documentation on findings, including corrective actions and preventative measures.
  • Assist with patching, upgrades, and deployment of new releases across the Signature platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Signature modules with other systems and applications.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in supporting Fiserv Signature platform, with a deep understanding of Signature CBS (Aperio), Signature CRS, Signature Branch Teller, Signature Evolution Microservices, Signature CBS Communicator, Signature Frontier Reconciliation
  • Strong technical proficiency with Fiserv Signature platform configuration, troubleshooting, and support processes.
  • Solid understanding of core banking operations, including deposit, loan, and reconciliation modules.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex issues across various platform modules and related integrations.
  • Familiarity with the deployment, configuration, and support of microservices architectures and containerized environments.
  • Exposure to leverage APM tool AppDynamics and Splunk for incident and problem investigation
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request Fulfillment.
  • Experience working with database technologies Oracle and basic SQL query skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
