We are seeking bright, driven Lawyers to join our team and to be involved in a wide range of matters related to the procurement, development, and delivery of major energy projects—including power purchase agreements—as well as energy regulatory issues and carbon market developments.

In this role, you will work closely with Mike Webb, a partner with a strong focus on renewable energy and climate-tech projects, as well as with our broader Projects and Energy Transition teams in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth (including partners such as Chris Redden, Kate Phillips, David Jardine, Dan Brown, Dale Gill, Paul Lingard and Jess Davies).
About You
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years or more post admission experience in an energy projects, infrastructure or construction practice area, gained within a reputable firm;
- Experience in energy and resources projects, transactions or major infrastructure projects is ideal;
- Excellent communication and drafting skills, and a plain English approach to drafting and advice writing;
- A proactive, positive, and energetic approach, committed to delivering excellent service; and
- A team-focused attitude, the ability to work independently and capable of managing multiple priorities.
