About The Role
Plenti is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product innovation within our Commercial Channel. This strategic area focuses on delivering financial solutions to commercial customers through our broker, OEM, and dealer partners. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of an up and coming channel across the business!

About The Role
Plenti is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product innovation within our Commercial Channel. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, development and execution of the product strategy for your channel, aligning with the company’s missions, vision, strategic opportunities and key measures of success
- Constantly develop domain expertise and empathy for our customers, processes and the market through quantitative and qualitative discovery
- Collaborate with our engineering, design, operations and commercial teams to explore opportunities, develop innovative solutions to drive positive change in the business
- Maintain and constantly communicate the evolution of the channel roadmap, ensuring alignment amongst stakeholders. Being sure to strike the right balance between growth, efficiency and technical investments as appropriate
- Drive the delivery of product initiatives as a leader in your channel’s agile delivery team, ensuring requirements are fit for delivery and ensuring the team has the necessary context to solve problems
- Work with the other product teams to leverage efforts, manage dependencies and share learnings
- Benchmark product performance, quantify the impact of product releases to inform the continuing direction of the product roadmap using our data platforms and customer feedback
- Engage with customers to gain feedback and insights
- Engage with partners so that they may scale their business using Plenti’s technology
- As a leader in the product and engineering teams, act as a driver of continuous improvement in our product management processes, champion best practice with our stakeholders and act as a mentor to more junior members
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, UX/CX, or strategic roles, preferably with exposure to commercial lending or financial products
- A strong understanding of the commercial lending landscape and proven ability to drive innovative solutions for complex customer needs
- Demonstrated success delivering business and customer value on sophisticated technology platforms supporting commercial products
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, leveraging diverse data sets to inform product direction and impact measurement
- An entrepreneurial mindset, proactive in identifying opportunities and delivering measurable value.
- Experience in a FinTech and/or Scale up environment is desired but not essential
- Lead by example, ready to collaborate hands-on with your team to deliver results
- Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders effectively, integrating them into your product process
- Can articulate both a compelling strategic vision and the tactical milestones necessary to achieve it
- Understand that business value encompasses not only growth but also profitability, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term sustainability
