As a Lead Educator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a nurturing and empowering environment where educators and children alike can thrive. Working closely with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive Leadership team, you'll design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development while helping them build a strong sense of identity.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:
  • New, purpose-built 88 place service
  • Bus stop outside the service for easy commute!
  • The service caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play yards
  • Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday
  • In-depth experience in leading a team within a childcare service
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
