  • Receptionist – the welcoming face of our clinic, helping patients feel at ease
  • Dental Assistant (DA) – supporting our clinical team in delivering top-quality care

About The Roles

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and create a welcoming experience
  • Manage appointments, phone calls, and patient records
  • Process payments and general front desk duties
  • Support patients and team members with empathy and professionalism


Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists chairside with procedures and sterilisation
  • Maintain infection control protocols
  • Prepare treatment rooms and manage dental stock
  • Provide compassionate support to patients throughout their visit


What We’re Looking For

We value a warm personality, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellent service. Ideal candidates will have:

For Receptionists:

  • Experience in dental or medical reception (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and confident using dental software (training provided)


For Dental Assistants:

  • Experience in dental assisting (or willingness to learn)
  • Knowledge of infection control and chairside assisting
  • A collaborative, patient-first approach
  • Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
