We're seeking a dynamic Consultant with a passion for both designing and facilitating meaningful leadership development to join our team.

AISNSW is the peak body supporting and representing Independent schools in NSW and provides a range of services across NSW and ACT. We believe in the excellence that comes with choice, diversity and independence in education. The Leadership Centre is one of our key services and provides professional learning programs to develop purposeful and visionary leaders for Independent Schools.
Here's what you'll do:
Deliver High-Impact Leadership Development: Facilitate leadership development experiences for education leaders, The Leadership Centre works with educators across all career stages. Experiences are highly immersive and delivered face to face and virtually and range from 1-day leadership team consulting sessions and masterclasses to transformational leadership experiences across 6-24 months.
Build Strong Partnerships: Add value to all engagements through developing and nurturing relationships to co-create and deliver impactful solutions that build school leaders’ confidence, capacity and capability.
Design Innovative Leadership Solutions: Research, innovate, and deliver cutting-edge, differentiated solutions. Support the design and co-creation of these offers from concept to delivery.
Collaborate within and beyond the team to align and expand what’s possible in leadership development.
About You:
Leadership: You have success as a senior leader in the school education sector (preferably in the Independent sector).
Learning design, facilitation and coaching skills: You have experience with designing and facilitating engaging learning that drives outcomes, based on adult learning principles and coaching methodologies.
Learner Mindset: You have a curiosity for how leadership can elevate the performance of education leaders and the schools they lead. You read widely and enjoy linking theory and practice.
Ambitious and Resilient: You are energised when tackling complex challenges and seek to expand what’s possible in school leadership.
Collaborator: You excel at fostering a learning and team environment where everyone's voice is heard.

Your Qualifications And Skills
- Undergraduate qualifications in a relevant field. Post graduate qualifications in a relevant field is desirable.
- Extensive experience in a school leadership role.
- Exceptional ability to build and sustain relationships with senior education leaders (principals, deputy principals, business managers)
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
What we need:
- Full-time availability, Sydney-based role
- Ability to travel overnight from time to time
