About The Opportunity

As our People Capability Coordinator, you'll play a key role is supporting Qscan's People Capability function by coordinating learning activities, administering processes, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data. In this role, you’ll work across the People & Culture team, providing support for a variety of HR administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Qscan’s Learning Management System (Litmos), ensuring accurate learner data, content version control, and system performance.
  • Upload new courses, assign learning paths, and manage reporting on course completions, participation, and compliance.
  • Support the delivery and coordination of professional learning programs and events, including scheduling, logistics, and post-event feedback.
  • Collaborate with the People Capability Specialist to improve learning content, drive engagement, and enhance completion rates.
  • Provide general HR administrative support, including onboarding and offboarding, preparing employment documentation, and responding to employee enquiries.
  • Assist with data cleansing, process improvement initiatives, and the integration of learning systems with broader HR operations.
  • Support management the HR inbox and ensure timely and professional responses to internal queries.
  • Contribute to monthly HR reporting initiatives.

About You:

  • Proven experience administering and maintaining a Learning Management System – experience with Litmos is essential.
  • High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
