About The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Radiographer to join our team across our North Brisbane clinics. As part of our Radiography team you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of modalities including X-Ray & CT with a diverse case mix from our local patients. Our clinics are supported by clerical teams and clinical assistants, and we provide Siemen's & GE equipment to support you in providing high quality imaging services.
This position is offered on a Permanent, Full-Time basis, working Monday to Friday during standard business hours. "Mid-year graduates are encouraged to apply."
Locations available in our North Brisbane cluster include Newstead, Windsor, Aspley, Clayfield, Everton Park, Red Hill and Toowong - please indicate in your cover letter if you have a preference for location.
In addition to the above, Locum Radiographers with CT experience will also be considered, as we have availability from late June through to the end of August.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care, prioritising patient welfare and confidentiality.
- Interpret radiological requests and perform procedures in compliance with legislation and departmental policies.
- Maintain optimal image quality and ensure examinations deliver diagnostic information relevant to clinic requirements.
- Commit to continuous improvement by maintaining current knowledge and upskilling in new techniques and advancements.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring
- Prior experience as a Radiographer in General X-Ray and CT.
- Hold the appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography and will have a current AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use License.
