About the Role and the Team
Adform is seeking a senior leader to oversee our Revenue and Operations team in the Asia-Pacific region. This role is responsible for leading a high-performing group of Account Managers, Sales Managers, and Customer Success professionals across APAC.As the most senior Adform representative in the region, you will serve as the face of our brand—driving client relationships, commercial success, and regional growth. You will play a critical role in aligning our teams to deliver exceptional results and maintain strong market presence.
This position reports directly to the Regional President for CEE, MEA, and APAC, based in Europe, and is central to executing our strategy across the Asia-Pacific markets.

- Lead the APAC Revenue and Operations team
- Plan and execute the sales and marketing strategy for the region
- Represent the Adform brand in the market
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets and drive revenue growth
- Regularly analyze sales data and take corrective action if performance falls below agreed targets
- Drive customer success by developing and maintaining senior-level relationships with customers, partners, and prospects
- Build and nurture a strong industry network of prospective clients and partners
- Lead complex sales cycles and negotiations with enterprise clients and agencies
