As the Commercial Sales Manager at our Perth CBD showroom, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within the Western Australian region. You will lead and manage the WA Sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the overall success of Innerspace, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the WA region.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the WA Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor and evaluate sales team performance & KPI's
- Sales operations: Manage the day to day sales operations, such as: sales activities, sales metrics & analyse sales data.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, designers, and facilities managers.
- Business Development: Work alongside our BDM to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the WA market
- Project Oversight: Oversee the sales process from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience within the commercial furniture industry is preferred, but not essential.
- Client-Focused Approach: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a consultative sales approach.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: A solution-based approach to client consultation and project management.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
