Your New Position
Based in the heart of our ASEAN & South Pacific operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the long-term vision and annual business plans that will drive our success in this exciting category. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Planning: Develop, articulate, and implement multi-year brand growth strategies and annual business plans to achieve brand vision, business objectives, and financial targets.
- Drive Brand Growth: Take ownership of a rolling 24-month activity calendar, identifying new opportunities for volume and profit growth by leveraging consumer research and collaborating with revenue, customer, and channel experts.
- Shape Brand Strategy: Work closely with Global and regional Brand Directors to ensure clear alignment on brand architecture, positioning, and growth strategies, sharing market-specific learnings with our global network.
- Champion Innovation: Drive the commercialization of brand positioning, new products, and consumer communications, providing clear direction and effective resource allocation to bring brand objectives to life.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with internal teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial) and our key bottling partners to develop products, packaging, and programs that meet consumer needs and drive system-wide value.
- Deliver Results: Review brand and category performance on a monthly and quarterly basis, proposing agile adjustments to meet and exceed targets. You will immerse yourself in the trade, gathering real-time feedback to ensure flawless execution.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of significant marketing and leadership experience.
- Essential experience in the Alcohol industry (especially Brewing, Spirits, or aRTD/Premix categories) within Australia or New Zealand.
- A genuine passion for the alcohol and HORECA industries, with a personal interest in trying and comparing different types of alcoholic beverages.
- Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
- Experience working with external bottling and retail partners is highly preferred.
