CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a long standing, WA owned & operated commercial building head contractor who have recently secured a new high profile $35m Education development, and due to growth, require a Senior CA to play a key role on this notable project and future projects.
The Client
A wellrespected commercial construction head contractor that has strong sub-contractor relationships, an excellent brand within the industry & solid staff retention. With over 30 staff in Perth, this business has a proven track record in delivering a diverse range of projects in Perth, typically ranging in the $10-60m project value range - across Education, Industrial, Retail & Commercial construction projects.
The Role - Senior Contract Administrator
You will be the commercial lead on the project in a hybrid office/site based role, working closely with a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Director of the business and site team to ensure contractual and financial performance is tightly managed.

The Role - Senior Contract Administrator
You will be the commercial lead on the project in a hybrid office/site based role, working closely with a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Director of the business and site team to ensure contractual and financial performance is tightly managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure and negotiate subcontracts, manage variations and progress claims
- Liaise with consultants, clients and stakeholders to manage contractual matters
- Prepare and review cost reports, forecasts and monthly progress claims
- Lead financial reporting and commercial risk mitigation strategies
- Support project delivery to ensure timelines, budgets and quality targets are met
- 5+ years experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
- Proven track record delivering large-scale education / government or commercial projects ($15M+)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills
- Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Australian PR / Citizen
