Job role

Responsibilities

  • Building and delivering the strategic market expansion plan to acquire new clients and to drive further business growth
  • Recruiting, developing and managing a team of high performing sales professionals
  • Leading individual sales in the Americas and build up the existing sales team capability
  • Taking hands-on approach on developing customer ICP’s and subsequent growth in these target segments
  • Forecasting revenue growth, analyzing KPIs and managing the sales pipeline of regional channel partners

About You

  • Senior-level sales leadership experience for the ANZ region in a fast-growing (SaaS) company
  • Demonstrated ability in building, leading and coaching a team remotely
  • Hands-on approach to sales change management and a lead-by-example attitude
  • Extensive knowledge of sales process/methodology, pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and delivering results quarterly.
  • 10+ years of Experience in similar field.
