We are recruiting a Project Engineer for a Tier 2 contractor working on an initial 3/4-month contract on Barrow Island. The successful candidate must have experience with detailed earthworks, concrete, and working around existing services working in brownfields environments and/or oil and gas environments.

We are recruiting a Project Engineer for a Tier 2 contractor working on an initial 3/4-month contract on Barrow Island. The successful candidate must have experience with detailed earthworks, concrete, and working around existing services working in brownfields environments and/or oil and gas environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site quality inspections of earthworks, concrete pours, structural installations, and other civil components.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction specifications, and material approvals to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all construction documentation is up to date, including workpacks, as-built drawings, quality records, and project reports.
- Liaise daily with the Construction Manager / Site Supervisors to ensure project programs are being met.
- Prepare site diaries, track progress against schedule activities, and liaise with the site planner to ensure earned progress and forecast dates are accurate in the 28 Day Lookahead Schedule.
- Hourly Rate - $85 - $90 Per Hour + Super
- Weekly Pay
- FIFO - 2:1 Roster from Perth
- 12 hour days
