About The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery and Operations Manager to oversee the seamless execution of client engagements and internal operations. You’ll play a key role in driving service excellence, optimising processes, and empowering high-performing teams, all while championing INGRITY’s culture and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Delivery - Lead the end-to-end delivery of client engagements with a focus on quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Managed Services Oversight - Oversee Managed Services operations including operations, governance, reporting, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Process Optimisation - Design and implement new operational processes while refining and enhancing existing ones to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Resource Planning & Onboarding - Manage workforce planning to ensure optimal resourcing across projects. Support smooth onboarding and role alignment of new team members.
  • Contract & Engagement Management - Maintain and manage a centralised contract and engagement register. Ensure timely creation, tracking, and renewal of all contractual documents.
  • Proposal Management - Maintain a central repository for client proposals and reusable content. Support the creation and review of proposals in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Commercial Finance - Coordinate monthly billing in collaboration with the finance team. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing aligned with client engagements.
  • Solutions Catalogue - Develop and maintain a solutions catalogue reflecting the latest offerings and capabilities, ensuring it is accessible and effectively supports sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Team Leadership - Lead and mentor diverse teams, promoting INGRITY values, culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance.


Required Skills And Experience

  • 7 + years of proven experience in similar role managing full-cycle client engagements, ensuring high standards of quality, timely delivery, and strong client relationships in technology or consulting settings.
  • Expertise in supervising Managed Services operations, including governance, performance monitoring, and driving ongoing service enhancements.
  • Proven ability to design and streamline operational workflows, improving efficiency and scalability through process innovation.
  • Skilled in workforce planning and onboarding, ensuring optimal resource allocation and smooth integration of new team members.
  • Experienced in administering contract and engagement documentation, creating, and maintaining centralised records, and managing renewals.
  • Competent in maintaining proposal libraries, facilitating proposal development, and collaborating with stakeholders for content accuracy.
  • Experience with commercial finance processes, coordinating billing cycles, and ensuring invoicing aligns with contractual terms.
  • Ability for creating and updating a solutions catalogue that accurately represents offerings and aids sales and pre-sales efforts.
  • Effective leadership capabilities, with experience nurturing diverse teams, promoting accountability, and reinforcing organisational culture and values.
