Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operations of mail-in repair services. 2.Liaise with end customers to provide technical support and service consultations. 3.Assist the Regional Service Manager in planning the service network for the Australia-New Zealand region, developing service and management strategies for dealers and key accounts, and building dealer management capabilities. 4.Handle the sales and operations of online and offline service products. 5.Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or engineering; prior internship/work experience is a plus. 2.Proficiency in daily communication in both Chinese and English. 3.Strong continuous improvement mindset, fast learning ability, and problem-solving skills to address root causes. 4.Excellent communication and coordination skills to drive policy implementation and refinement.
