Are you ready to make your MARK!! We are seeking an experienced Lead Pipelayer to manage and support a crew delivering high-quality water and sewer infrastructure installations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in civil construction, specifically in trenching and pipelaying across water, stormwater, and sewer systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of pipelayers and labourers on-site.
- Read and interpret construction drawings to ensure all installations meet project specifications.
- Oversee trenching operations, pipe alignment, and the installation of PVC, HDPE and concrete pipe systems.
- Maintain high safety, environmental, and quality standards in daily site operations.
- Coordinate with site management and subcontractors to ensure efficient progress.
- Keep accurate records and contribute to daily reporting and productivity tracking.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and accountability within the crew.
- Minimum 3 years recent experience in a similar role within civil construction.
- Proven background in installing sewer, water mains, and stormwater infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of safety and compliance protocols.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
- Strong work ethic, reliable, and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in dynamic and outdoor environments.
- Construction Induction Card -White/Blue Card
- SA Water Accredited Pipelayer (or equivalent)
- RIICCM210D – Install Trench Support
- Confined Spaces Ticket
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Implement Traffic Management Certificate
